Selection Speciale is a higher-primed expression of the regular L’Atelier line, crafted by Pete Johnson and the Garcia family in Nicaragua. The Tatuaje L’Atelier Selection Speciale uses a darker, more mature Ecuadorian Sancti Spiritus wrapper leaf (harvested from higher primings), over Nicaraguan binder and filler. This line delivers a rich, complex smoke with notes of red pepper, leather, cocoa, spice, and earth — full-flavored and well-balanced throughout.
